Poster Presentation Instructions

Poster Preparation

The presentation must cover the same subject as the abstract. Please include: i) the Title as submitted (the title appears in the program and in the book of abstracts); ii) author’s name and institution; and iii) e-mail addresses.

Poster Size

Area for each poster is 1.0 m (height) x 0.80 m (width).

Exhibition of Posters

Posters will be on display from Monday, August 25 to Thursday, August 28. Posters are expected to remain on display throughout the Conference. To locate your assigned poster board, look for the board marked with your abstract number. Posters are displayed by Topical Sessions, alphabetically by first author.
