Conference Registration

The organising committee has decided to extend the deadline for registration at the lowest fee from 2 May to 31 may (midnight).

The registration fee for Meeting Participant and/or Student covers the cost of the Scientific Session and Exhibitions, Congress documents and Publications, coffee/tea breaks, working lunches in the Congress Center (if selected), and the Welcome Cocktail.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with a refound are accepted up to May 2nd 2008 and will be subject to an administration fee of 15 €. As of May 3rd 2008, there will be no refounds for cancellations. All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to issol2008@newtours.it
